MVED Updates

The MVED reported to UCDU last week that dealer license renewal is up at this point compared to last year, but it is only at 35%. There are still a lot of dealer that need to complete your dealer renewal process. Please make sure that you provide yourself adequate time to complete the process. Required as part of the renewal process is required continuing education. You must complete a state approved education class in-order to receive credit and be able to renew your license.

Don't wait until the last minute to complete your renewal. It may take you longer than expected and you don't want to have close your doors more than just a Saturday or Sunday. If you have questions on the renewal process or did not receive your renewal information email, please contact MVED as soon as possible. They will help you through the process and get you the needed information.
